Human brain can not remember the events until the age of 4 yrs. We can not remember the things happend during our child hood of 3-4 years. from 5th year onward the brain can keep remembering the incidents throught life. this is physiological childhood amnesia. Rarely some children will remember events and incidents after one year of age. .. . and this is consider as genitical abnormality.
